As the name suggests, the center is a true educational effort on the history of cable. Resources are increasing all the time here. Educators may also enjoy the benefits of attending the annual NCTA conference with special academic seminars.

National Broadband Media Institute
MBMI is the largest independent provider of broadband communications training in the world.

Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association
This is a nice looking but simple site. I would only look at it if you were interested in Ohio. Lots of Ohio cable education news.

Pennsylvania Cable & Telecommunications Association
More Developed than Ohio and of greater regional interest. Good education links throughout.

Critical viewing and community development grants for cable

Society of Cable Telecommunication Engineers Inc.
A boatload of information especially about the technology but much of it for pay or members.

Women in Cable & Telecommunications
A special interest organization but real solid educational material. Consider buying their case studies. They are worth the price.
